TEUFEL on the Medica in Dusseldorf from 16th till 19th of november 2026
Medica is the German trade fair for medical technology, medical devices, electromedicine, laboratory technology and diagnostics. It takes place annually in November in Düsseldorf. The trade fair was founded in 1969 as “Diagnostics Week” in Karlsruhe and received its current name in 1974. Medica serves as a groundbreaking platform for knowledge exchange and presentation of new technologies in healthcare. |

TEUFEL is the first service provider to use the Makino uCell B80 robot system

TEUFEL Prototypen is the first service provider in Europe to have the fully automated uCell B80 handling system from MAKINO since the beginning of 2025. The uCell B80 from Makino is a compact automation cell for vertical machining centers and die-sinking EDM machines. It is fully customizable and supports a range of part and electrode configurations to meet specific production requirements. At TEUFEL Prototypen, the uCell B80 equips a new, high-precision 5-axis machining center (Makino D200Z) and a die-sinking EDM machine (Makino EDAF 3). CarbonReduced SLS polymer at TEUFEL Prototypen

With immediate effect, TEUFEL Prototypes is using a special climate-friendly polymer "PA CarbonReduced" for SLS applications. The new "CarbonReduced PA white" has a greatly improved climate effect and, in accordance with the TEUFEL prototype sustainability guideline, contributes to the reduction of CO2 in our production process. By using renewable energies, the CO2 footprint in the production of SLS parts from our "PA white CarbonReduced" is almost 45% lower than with conventional PA. This also has no influence on the high quality and material composition. Send us your request ! |

PA2210FR - SLS material with fire protection class V-0
As the only manufacturer to date, TEUFEL is now offering prototypes of laser sintered parts (SLS parts) in high-quality resolution and UL94 fire protection class V-0. Our laser sinter parts made of the EOS material PA2210FR have the absolute finest EOS FORMIGA quality and are produced with a vertical layer thickness of 0.12mm. Another advantage of our new SLS material: It is halogen-free, blue-card certified and corresponds to FAR 25.853, so it is also suitable for electrical engineering and aerospace. |
