Using the SLA method, the layers are formed by curing a liquid photosensitive epoxy resin with a UV laser. This method allows very filigree, dimensionally stable parts of any geometry with a vertical process accuracy of +/- 0.05 mm with high surface quality. The components of this process are also due for functional tests (e.g. optical fiber). With our machines we are able to manufacture parts with layer thicknesses of 0.05 to 0.15mm in dimensions up to 500x500x500mm manufactured one-piece. Larger components can be manufactured in several parts and then joined..
The materials we use are suitable for the automotive industry, medical technology, consumer goods, etc., we also feature materials that are biocompatible according to USP Class VI !
