Vakuum casting

Vacuum casted parts are produced by means of master patterns (mainly STL) and silicone moulds. With one silicone mould you can produce between 20 and 25 castings.

This is a method suitable for very small series and trade fair samples. Furthermore well-selected product properties as well as the effect of colours and surfaces can be assessed.

We produce for you:

- components sized up to 500 x 500 mm per single part

- components similar to ABS and PA

- components with a (certain) content of glass fibre

- crystal clear components (e.g. for fibre optic cables or lamps)

- elastomeric components (40 to 90 shore)

- components with film hinges

We guarantee a temperature resistance between 30°C below zero and180°C above zero.
