Stereolithographie (STL)
The STL method is a layer structure procedure. The layers are formed by hardening a liquid and photosensitive epoxy resin by means of ultraviolet lasers. This method allows the production of filigree and dimensionally stable parts of any geometry with a vertical treatment precision of +/- 0.05 mm by guaranteeing a high surface quality.
Stereolithography is the most important technology for the production of master patterns for follow-up processes like vacuum casting, polyamide casting and precision casting. It is also possible - even though only limited - to use the components of this method for function test.
Our machines allow us to produce parts with a layer thickness of 0.05 to 0.15 mm.
The materials we use are suitable for the automotive industry, medical engineering, the consumer goods industry, etc. We also use biocompatible materials according to USP class VI!
