During the last few years TEUFEL Prototypen has also specialised in the construction of prototypes for multi-component injection moulded parts. By means of 2C injection moulded parts (2-component injection moulded parts) used as hard/soft-combination of two types of plastics it is possible to replace the production of two separated parts followed by their assembly. This enables TEUFEL Prototypen to manufacture multi-component injection moulding tools by applying the Rapid Tooling method.
