Rapid Tooling

Within a very short time we manufacture pre-series and pilot production injection moulding tools with different methods to show you your sample or small-batch series using the original plastic materials. Using this method we can process nearly every surface of the parts or components. We can produce both polished surfaces for optical applications and grains for applications that should feel comfortable when being touched. The same goes for designs or engravings.

In this way the product properties can be checked specifically. The range of possibilities reaches from simple tools with manual removal to fully-automated tools.
