Precision Casting
The method of precision casting allows us to manufacture castings of high dimension accuracy and the best surface quality. To produce castings by using off-the-shelf alloys we apply the “lost model” method. Based on master patterns (mainly STL) we produce silicone moulds. Out of these we make green bodies of wax (lost model) which again are the basis for the ceramic cuvettes. Our models, produced by applying precision casting, meet the requirements of the precision casting tolerance GTA A2 and are manufactured according to DIN 1680 (please refer to precision casting / data sheets for the corresponding data specification sheets with tolerance indication and alloy properties). Should you wish even more precise tolerances we are pleased to offer you reworking measures by using cutting technology for the corresponding fields.
