Tool Measuring

The high surface quality can be reached by cutting the outlines with cherries. Doing so, the spaces between the cutting paths are minimal (within a few hundredth millimetres). On the other hand we use mainly tools with a flanging radius to rough the materials. Another important aspect to maximize the precision is the exact measurement of the assembled tool, as the quality of the manufactured work-piece is directly influenced by the possibility to measure the assembled tool precisely. This is why TEUFEL Prototypen uses the latest technology to measure all cutting tools as exactly as possible.
