High speed cutting is mainly used for applications which require the highest precision and surface quality. The highest potential for savings compared to the conventional manufacturing has been identified in the preliminary roughing (due to the high cutting efficiency) and in the finishing (due to the high surface quality). Therefore our high speed cutting manufacturing is ideal for the processing of aluminium parts and parts made of high-performance plastics with thin walls.
